Is there a minimum seat count?
Team: 25 seats. Business: 100. Enterprise: typically 1,000+, but we do exceptions for highly regulated mid-markets.
Do you charge per AI provider?
No. The 27+ providers are flat — even when we add a new one. New providers ship in pattern packs, included in your tier.
What about contractors and seasonal staff?
Contractor seats are 60% of the listed price. Add via SCIM, remove on offboarding — billing is monthly true-up, not annual lock.
Multi-year discount?
2-year locks rate at signing (no inflation pass-through). 3-year lands ~15% off list. Termination-for-convenience available with 90 days notice.
Can you bill in EUR / GBP / AUD?
Yes. Local entity invoicing in EU (Defog GmbH), UK (Defog Ltd), AU (Defog Pty). Tax IDs on request.
What if I need a non-standard MSA?
Enterprise tier includes legal redline support. Median time to signature: 11 business days. Median for standard MSA: 2.
