What we ship next. Public, on purpose.
Themes, not promises. Customers vote on priority during QBRs. We ship the boring infrastructure first and the splashy demos second.
Tenant isolation & CMEK
Tenant-level separation and customer-managed keys for strict data control.
SIEM-native telemetry
CIM-compliant JSON events land in Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic, Datadog with no glue code.
Structured event taxonomy
Standardized event types for easy correlation and faster incident response.
A roadmap is a promise with dates attached, so we keep ours honest. What follows is where Shield is heading over the coming quarters — the detections we are training, the integrations we are deepening, and the governance controls our largest customers have asked us to build next. Work ships when it is genuinely ready, not when a slide says it should be.
Priorities are set in the open and weighted toward the threats escalating fastest: real-time video and voice verification for live calls, broader model coverage as new providers reach production, and finer-grained policy controls for teams operating under HIPAA, SOC 2, and the EU AI Act. If something you need is not here yet, tell us — design-partner feedback reorders this list more than anything else.

Some lanes we explicitly stay out of.
We do not build EDR. We do not build a SIEM. We do not train foundation models. We do not store customer prompt content. We are not a CASB. The point of Shield is to be the missing AI-aware layer above all of those — not to compete with them.
